Why BTS exists.
BTS was built on one idea: the same quality of coaching that develops Division I athletes should be available to anyone willing to do the work. Not watered down. Not templated. Not automated.
Every client gets fully customized programming, nutrition guidance, habit coaching, and real accountability. That is the system. Four pillars, built around your life, delivered by someone who has spent over a decade learning how to coach people, not just prescribe workouts.
Cristi's role is to provide clarity, structure, and accountability. Your role is to execute. That partnership is what makes BTS work.
